Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Blackboxes AI for your use of Gleam. Gleam includes the public website, dashboard, hosted feedback portals, iOS SDK, developer documentation, SDK REST v1 APIs, and related services.

By accessing or using Gleam, you agree to these Terms. If you use Gleam for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Accounts And Workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Workspace owners and administrators control workspace settings, member access, portal visibility, and product content.
  • You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Gleam to:

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process data without required permission.
  • Upload malware, probe or attack systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with service reliability.
  • Send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, or abusive notifications.
  • Collect or publish sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Gleam except as allowed by law or by written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity, workspace, product, or relationship with Gleam.

Customer Content

You keep ownership of feedback, comments, roadmap items, announcements, files, configuration, and other content you submit to Gleam.

You grant Gleam a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and modify Customer Content only as needed to provide and improve the service, support your workspace settings, and comply with law.

Portal And Public Surfaces

Gleam lets customers publish feedback boards, roadmaps, announcements, and portal surfaces. You are responsible for choosing the right visibility settings and for ensuring that public content is appropriate to publish.

If you submit content to a public or shared Gleam portal, that content may be visible to the workspace owner, workspace members, invited users, or the public depending on the portal configuration.

Developer Integrations

  • You are responsible for integrating the iOS SDK, hosted Portal, SDK REST v1 APIs, signed identity, notifications, and APNs push features according to the documentation.
  • You must not embed server-only secrets, identity signing secrets, private APNs keys, or other confidential credentials in client applications.
  • You are responsible for user permissions, notification consent, platform compliance, and the data your product sends to Gleam.
  • We may rotate, revoke, or limit keys, tokens, sessions, or API access to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

Beta And Early Access Features

Some Gleam features may be marked beta, preview, invite-only, or early access. Those features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Do not rely on beta features for critical production workflows unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Fees

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees, taxes, and charges shown at checkout or in the applicable order form. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once paid.

Third-Party Services

Gleam may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, email, payment, and platform services. Your use of Apple, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, or other third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Gleam as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers, but we may act immediately when needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Termination

You may stop using Gleam at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Gleam in a way that may cause legal or security harm.

Disclaimers

Gleam is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gleam and Blackboxes AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Gleam will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Gleam in the three months before the claim or USD $100.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Gleam and Blackboxes AI harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your products, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
